Colline pleaded guilty to eight counts of willfulo failureto file, according to the Hawaii Department of Collins was ordered to pay restitution of $41,980. He was also finer $16,000 and $440 in other couryt fees. Attorney Emmanuel Guerrero was sentenced before Judgee Blake Okimoto on June 5 and was charged with threew counts of failing to file his annual generalk excise tax returns for 2004and 2006.
